Our ceremonial blend matcha is sourced from a generational farm in Uji, Kyoto, blending the Samidori and Komakage cultivars to create a matcha with balance and sweetness.
Taste profile: Rich and smooth, this matcha blends a deep umami base with a subtle, savory freshness, evoking the essence of the sea. A creamy sweetness pairs harmoniously with lively hints of fresh greens, while delicate notes of roasted nuts and a touch of floral brightness lend a refined complexity.
